Is the software fully Arabic?
Yes. The interface is right-to-left Arabic with English one click away, and dates in Hijri and Gregorian.
Are invoices e-invoicing compliant?
Bilingual invoices are available now; we add the local e-invoicing link once it is confirmed on our side.
Where is our data stored?
Data is hosted in Germany with Hetzner (EU). Regional hosting is planned, with no date set. Daily backups and encryption.
Does payroll handle social insurance and end-of-service?
Yes. Social insurance rates and end-of-service rules are set in payroll settings per Sudan's rules.
Can we move our data from Excel or another system?
Yes. We provide import templates and help you with the move during the beta.
Is there a mobile app?
The platform works on mobile as an installable web app, for attendance, approvals and payslips.
Is Rawad available in Sudan?
Yes, sign-up is open to companies in Sudan, and the service is free during the beta. Rawad is an online service with no local office.
Can we use our own domain?
Each company gets its own address such as almimar.rawad.app. Using your own domain is available on Enterprise.
Is there a long contract?
No. No contract and no commitment: the service is free during the beta and you can stop and export your data at any time.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the beta: every plan is free, and Rawad issues no invoices and charges no tax on the subscription. We tell you thirty days before anything changes, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
Who is behind Rawad?
Rawad is an online service in beta. It is not a registered company yet and has no office in any country. Contact is by email only.
