What applies to the free beta period.
1. What the beta is
The beta is a period in which Rawad is open to companies free of charge, to use in their real work and tell us what works and what does not. These terms apply together with the Terms of Service and prevail where they differ.
2. No charge, no invoices
Every plan is free during the beta. There is no payment, no bank transfer, no invoice from Rawad and no tax on the subscription. Your access does not lapse after a set number of days while the beta runs.
3. What we provide
A workspace for your company with the shared modules and your sector module, a first-week guide inside the app, help importing your data from Excel, and an answer to feedback sent from inside the app within two working days.
4. What we ask of you
One person in the company who owns the trial, and your feedback through the feedback button as things come up. We name your company as a participant only with your written agreement.
5. The nature of a beta
The service is under development: screens may change, errors may appear, and the service may stop for maintenance. We commit to no uptime level. Have your accountant check important figures (payroll, tax, statements) before relying on them, and do not make Rawad your only record of what the law requires you to keep without exporting a copy regularly.
6. Government e-invoicing
A live link to government e-invoicing systems is not switched on in the beta except where we say so explicitly. Rawad claims no certification or accreditation from any tax authority.
7. Your data in the beta
Your data stays yours and is processed under the Data Processing Terms. It is hosted in Germany with Hetzner (EU). You can export at any time and ask for deletion when you leave.
8. End of the beta
We tell you at least thirty days before the beta ends, and what follows it. You are never moved to a paid subscription automatically: either you explicitly accept the new terms and prices, or you export your data and we delete it.
