Terms of Service

Version: 2026-10-08 · Rawad (رواد) — online service, beta

The general terms for using Rawad.

1. Who we are and what these terms are

“Rawad” is an online service for running a business, currently offered as a beta. Rawad is not a registered company yet and has no seat in any country. By using the service you accept these terms together with the Beta Terms, the Data Processing Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and users

Each company gets its own workspace at its own address. The company's administrator invites users and sets what they may do, and is responsible for what they do in the workspace. Every user keeps their password to themselves and tells us at once if they suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, try to reach another company's data, disrupt the service or test its security without written permission, or enter data you have no right to process. We may suspend an account that does so after notice, or at once where there is risk.

4. Fees

The service is free for the whole beta, on every plan. Rawad issues no tax invoices and charges no VAT on the subscription. If the service becomes paid later we will tell you at least thirty days before, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

5. Your data

Company data belongs to the company. You can export it at any time (Excel and PDF from every list, and each employee's data), and we provide a full copy on request. We process personal data under the Data Processing Terms and the Privacy Policy.

6. Local rules are yours to confirm

The company chooses its country and the service sets tax, payroll and e-invoicing accordingly. These settings are aids, not legal or accounting advice: the company has its accountant review the rates and rules before relying on them, and stays responsible for its own returns, invoices and payroll.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and take daily backups, but we commit to no uptime level during the beta. We may add, change or remove features, and tell you in advance of any change that affects your data.

8. Limits of liability

The service is provided “as is” and free of charge. To the fullest extent the applicable law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded. Keep copies of your important documents by exporting them.

9. Ending

You may stop using the service and ask us to close your workspace at any time. On closure we let you export your data and then delete it as the Data Processing Terms say. We may end the beta on at least thirty days' notice.

10. Governing law

While Rawad is unregistered these terms name no particular law or court; that is set when the company is registered, and the updated terms are then put to you for acceptance. This does not affect rights that the mandatory law of your country gives you.

11. Changes and contact

Every version of these terms is dated and we record the version you accepted. On a material change we ask for your acceptance again. Contact: [email protected] (email only).
